摘要
目的研究血管纹萎缩与内淋巴电位(EP)的关系。方法29只豚鼠(29耳),在测量了EP后,给予速尿80 mg/kg后60 min时再次测量内淋巴电位,然后处死动物,解剖出连同血管纹的螺旋韧带,并测量血管纹全长及萎缩部血管纹长度。结果29只豚鼠耳蜗血管纹均存在不同程度的萎缩,平均萎缩长度为4.19 mm。血管纹萎缩长度与内淋巴电位值呈负相关(r=-0.479,P<0.05),注射速尿60 min后EP恢复程度与血管纹萎缩长度呈负相关(r=-0.540,P<0.05)。结论年轻豚鼠耳蜗血管纹存在不同程度的萎缩,血管纹萎缩长度与EP呈负相关,血管纹萎缩较长者豚鼠可能对速尿耳毒性损害易感性高。
Objective To study the relationship between the atrophy of stria vascularis and endocochlear potential (EP) in pigs. Methods The EP amplitude of 29 guinea pigs were measured before the injection of fursemide and after 60 minutes of injection of fursemide by jugular vein. The bulla were quickly removed and perfused,the stria vascularis and spiral ligament were removed. The length of the atrophy of stria vascularis was calculated by pathological image analysis system. Results All the cochlears in this experiment showed continuous atrophy in stria vascularis. The mean atrophic length of stria vascularis was 4. 19 mm.The length of strial atrophy was related to the EP amplitude (r = -0. 479,P 〈0. 05 ). At 60 minutes post fursemide,the EP recovery ratio was related to the length of the atrophic stria Vascularis ( r = - 0. 540, P 〈0.05). Conclusion There we, re atrophy in stria vascularis in inner ear in guinea piss. The atrophy of stria vascualris can result in the change of EP,and the guinea piss with longer atrophic stria vascularis were probably suspectable to furosemide.
