摘要
为了摸清道真县境内洛龙大蒜资源状况和大蒜的生物学特性，对道真县区域洛龙大蒜资源进行了抽样调查。结果表明，具有早熟、耐寒、耐旱、高产等优点；蒜头、蒜瓣大，蒜辩数6～12辨，多为8瓣；蒜味辛辣浓郁，香味芬芳持久，品质上乘，可作青蒜苗和蒜头栽培。
The results from studying the resources of Luolong garlic varieties and their biological characteristic in Daozhen county showed that Luolong garlic varieties with early mature, tolerant to cold and drought, and high yield had big garlic and cloves, 6-12 garlic cloves with strong garlic flavour, and Luolong garlic variety could be cultivated for garlic holt and bulb.
