古尼拟青霉的毒理及药用价值研究概况

Current Research of the Toxicology and Medicinal Value on Paecilomyces gunnii

对古尼拟青霉的毒性、致畸、致突变和药用价值的研究进行了概述。研究表明,古尼拟青霉无致畸、致突变作用,属无毒性类物质,并具有多种药用功能:镇静、镇痛、调节机体免疫力、抗衰老、抗癌、增强记忆、预防和治疗高脂血症、抗心律失常、降低心肌耗氧、耐急性缺氧等。古尼拟青霉的药用价值及开发前景值得关注,有待深入研究。

This paper summarizes the research of Paecilomyces gunnii on toxicology, teratogenicity, mutagenicity and medicinal value. The fungi is indicated avirulent, non-teratogenicity, non-mutagenicity and with many medical functions such as sedation, analgesia,immunoregulation,anti-senescence,anticancer, improving memory, preventing and therapy of hypercholestemlemia, reducing myocardium consume volume oxygen,acute hypoxia tolerance and so on. It is worth focusing on the pharmic function and application of Paecilomyces gunnii and carrying out deep research on the field.
