渔业发展规划编制中的问题思考

Reflection on Some Important Issues in Working out the Programming Report of Fishery Development

结合贵州省渔业发展和我国渔业科技发展现状,针对目前水库渔业发展规划与布局中的养鱼面积、投饵式网箱养鱼面积、水生动物防疫检疫、水产品质量安全检测、野生鱼类增殖保护、渔业水域环境改良和鱼类增养殖对环境影响等问题展开论述,对编制渔业发展规划具有一定指导意义。

Based on the fishery development of Guizhou province and fishery science and technology of China, this paper summarized and analyzed some important issues that might arise in working out the Planning Report of Fishery Development as followed： current cultivable reservoir area in the fishery distribution and development plan, cultivable area of feeding cage- culture fish, epidemic disease prevention and quarantine of the aquatic animals, safety inspection of the aquatic products, conservation and multiplication of wild fish stock, improvement of fishery environment and effect of fish culture on environment, etc. , which would be informative and instructive for the future work in this respect.
