摘要
从农药残留仪器分析法、化学分析法和生物化学测定法概述了目前蔬菜中农药残留检测技术的研究进展,分析了农药残留检测技术在我国的应用情况。
From aspects of instrumental analysis, chemical analysis and biochemical determination, this paper summarizes the determination of pesticide residues in vegetables and the applications in China.
