摘要
利用铸造数值模拟软件ZCAST,计算铁路货车新型铸钢侧架浇注和凝固过程中的速度场和温度场,发现了产品结构设计和工艺设计过程中可能存在的问题。通过数值模拟研究和实践验证表明,采用数值模拟技术,可以有效提高产品结构和工艺设计的水平,减少或简化试验、验证和改进的各个环节,对于提高铁路货车铸件结构和工艺设计质量以及节约研发成本都有着重要的指导意义。
The velocity field and temperature field during the pouring and solidification of the new type cast steel side frame of railway vehicle have been simulated by the numerical simulation software ZCAST, as a result, the problems of the structure and process design have been found. The results of the numerical simulation and practice show that using numerical simulation technology can effectively improve product structure and process design level, reduce or streamline the procedure of testing, certification and improvement in all aspects, and furthermore saving costs for research and development.
