急性白血病是常见的造血系统恶性肿瘤,将本病分为三期,采用中药分期序贯疗法联合化疗治疗,临床取效明显。化疗前期,祛邪为主,兼以扶正,清热解毒、化痰活血、凉血止血、兼以益气养阴;化疗期,益气养阴,健脾和胃,化湿助运,加用少量清热解毒、化痰散结之品;化疗后期,扶正为主,佐以祛邪,健脾益肾,益气养血,兼以清解邪毒。治疗过程中,还要急则治其标,时时护胃气,起到增效减毒、逆转耐药、增强机体免疫监视功能、消除白血病微小残留病灶、提高缓解率、延长无病生存时间的作用。

Acute leukemia is a common hematological malignant tumor. In clinical practice, the disease can be divided into three stages. By using methods of Chinese materia medica consecutive therapy based on different stages combined with chemotherapy, satisfactory clinical efficacy can be achieved. In pre-ehemotherapy stage, methods of eliminating pathogen should be given the first place,at the same time,methods of strengthening body resistance should also be used. These are often in the form of clearing-heat, detoxicating, dissipating phlegm, promoting blood flow, cooling blood to stop bleeding, combined with supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin. In chemotherapy stage ,the primary treatment methods should be supplementing qi and nourishing yin,invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach, dissipating dampness and assisting movement, Moreover, a few Chinese herbs with effects of heat-clearing, detoxieating, dissipating phlegm and removing stasis should be added. In post-chemotherapy stage, treatment methods should be mainly strengthening body resistance, and methods of eliminating pathogen be given second place. The specific methods include：invigorating spleen, tonifying kidney, strengthening Qi, supporting blood, combined with eliminating pathogenic toxin. In clinical practice, attention should be paid to managing the emergent conditions in priority and always protecting gastric qi. By applying above - mentioned therapy, it can be achieved that synergism and attenuation of chemotherapy, reversal of drug-resistance,enhancing body＇s function of immunologic surveillance ,eliminating leukemia minimal residue disease,improving remission rate, and prolonging time of disease free survival.
