中药三金汤治疗泌尿系结石40例疗效观察

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sanjin Decoction Toward the Stone in Urinary Systerm

目的:观察中药三金汤对泌尿系结石的排出或溶化的疗效与安全性。方法:将40例患泌尿系结石的病人,治疗前根据其临床表现,再给予彩色超声检查,分别确定结石的数量、体积、位置。明确诊断:投以三金汤为主方,根据不同临床特点适当加减药味或剂量。结果:治愈29例,占72.5%,有效9例,占22.5%,无效2例,占5%。全部患者服药无不良反应。结论:三金汤治疗泌尿系结石有效且无副作用。

Objective ： To observe the security and curative effects of Sanjin Decoction of Chinese medicine on treatment of lithiasis in urinary system. Methods ：40 diagnosed patients were administered with Sanjin Decoction as a foundation. Results ：29 patients 72.5 % among all, were completely recoverad; the condition of 9 patients,22. 5 % among all, were improved; and 2 patiens, 5% among all,didnt answer to the treatment of Sanjin Decoction.
