电针合艾条温和灸综合治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acute Gout Arthritis Treated by Elelctroacupuncture and Mild Moxa Strip

目的:探讨电针合艾条温和灸综合治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果。方法:将70例患者随机分组,治疗组48例采用电针合艾条温和灸综合治疗,对照组22例采用口服秋水仙碱治疗。结果:治疗组治疗1个疗程后统计,治愈28例(58.33%),好转18例(37.50%),总有效率为95.83%;对照组治疗1个疗程后统计,治愈12例(54.55%),好转8例(36.36%),总有效率为90.91%,两组疗效基本一致,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但从副反应比较看,电针合艾条温和灸组无任何毒副反应,而秋水仙碱组毒副作用发生率为40.91%。结论:电针合艾条温和灸综合治疗急性痛风性关节炎有较好疗效并且无任何副作用。

Objective ：Study of clinical effectiveness about acout gout arthritis treated by elelctroacupuncture and mild moxa strip. Methods ：70 cases were randomly grouped, the treatement group of 48 cases was treated by elelctroacupuncture and mild moxa strip,the control group of 22 cases was trested by colchicines. Results：28 cases was healed and 18 cases was improved in the treated group,the total effective rates was 95.83% after one therephy course. 12 cases was healed and 8 cases was improved in the control group,the total effective rates was 90. 91% after one therephy course. The therephy effectiveness was similar in two groups and had no significant meaning（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The toxic side effects was not existed in the treated group, but the incidence of toxic side effects was 40. 91% in the control group with colchicines. Conclusion ：The therephy effectiveness with elelctroacupuncture and mild moxa strip was better than the control group and has not toxic side effects.
