摘要
民企外资化问题是近年来在中国民营经济不断发展壮大过程中出现的一种特殊的经济现象,一些优秀的民营企业通过海外并购、引进国外股东、股权置换、更改注册地等方式将本土企业演变为外商投资企业,进而在境外资本市场上市融资,享受外资的超国民待遇,并实现企业家的资产转移。应加强金融监管,完善相关法规,保障中小企业主的合法权益。
The problem that private entreprises＇ internationalization is a special economic phenomenon which emerged in the process of private enterprises＇ development recent years. Some remarkable private cooperations were evolved into foreign investment cooperations by means of foreign merges and acquisitions, introducing in foreign partner, exchanging of equity, transforming of register. In order to finance in the foreign stock market, enjoy the super-national treatment and put the transferring of the entrepreneurs＇ assets, we should strenghten financial supervision and perfect related regulations and laws, to ensure small entrepreneurs＇ rights.
