摘要
目的探讨季节、气温、湿度的变化对二棘血蜱季节消长的影响。方法在选定地点每月每旬连续调查3d,每天在蜱活动高峰时间用布旗(90cm×60cm)法捕捉蜱类,计算每旬3d的平均捕蜱数,同时记录捕蜱当天的温度及湿度,以其平均捕蜱数相对于时间做曲线。结果所捕蜱类经鉴定均为二棘血蜱。草地二棘血蜱的活动自4月起呈上升趋势,全年有2个高峰期,分别为5、6月及9、10月,10月后呈明显下降趋势,2、3月为低谷期。根据所捕蜱情况,5-6月可能为成蜱的活动高峰期,9-10月为其繁殖高峰期。气温的曲线变化同草地二棘血蜱的消长曲线变化大致相同;湿度的变化可能与气温共同影响草地二棘血蜱的活动。结论蜱全年均有活动,以夏、秋季为活动高峰期。
Objective To study the influence of season, temperature and humidity to the seasonal fluctuation of Haemaphysalis bispinosa. Methods Investigate 3 d in succession in the fixed sites per ten days monthly, the ticks were captured by the flag (90 cm × 60 cm) at its active peak. The average quantity of ticks captured in successive 3 d per ten days was counted, and the temperature and humidity were recorded. The curve of average ticks number to time was drawn. Results The ticks captured belonged to H.bispinosa. Its density began to increase since April, and it had two population peak, one was in May and June, the other was in September and October. After October, it decreased obviously, and its density was minimum in February and March. The activity peak of ticks was perhaps from May to June, and its propagation peak was from September to October. The curve of temperature change and the seasonal fluctuation of H.bispinosa was very similar, so the combination of humidity and temperature possibly affected the activity of H.bispinosa. Conclusion H.bispinosa could be active in the whole year, and the Summer and the Autumn were, its activitv neak.
