摘要
针对多准则船型优选决策问题中评价指标不独立性问题,利用灰色系统理论对不完备信息的处理能力,以灰色理论为基础,建立了适用于船型方案选优的灰关联多目标综合评价模型,用于船舶方案设计过程中的方案论证,并以载重量为35 000DWT原油船的方案论证作为实例进行了计算分析.结果表明,该方法既在一定程度上考虑了设计方案各指标间的关联性,又反映了事物的客观本质,减少了决策过程中设计者的主观臆断性,而且简单实用,评判结果合理可信.
According to the idependence of the evaluation criteria in the problems of making the decisions to select multi-object ship schemes, utilizing the processing capacity of grey system theory for imperfect information, based on grey system theory, the grey relation multi-object comprehensive evaluation model is built which is suitable for selecting the optimal ship scheme. It is used in scheme demonstration in the process of designing the ship schemes. A case study of the scheme demonstration of 35 000DWT crude oil tanker in which the model has been used in solving the problems of multi-object comprehensive evaluation for ship schemes shows that it takes the correlation of indices into account to a certain extent, and reflects the objective true nature of the things, reduces designers' subjectivity in the process of decision-making at the same time. It's easy and useful, and the result is rational and believable.
