一种简单实用的信息设备电磁泄漏测试新方法

摘要 推导了电磁泄漏信噪比的计算方法,定义了电磁泄漏测试指数和频率扩展度的概念,提出了测试信息设备电磁泄漏最大强度的一种简单实用的新方法并对不同实现算法的优缺点进行了比较。实验分析结果表明:该方法简单实用,不需分割显示频段,测试结果直观,准确,速度快,效率高,有效地解决了电磁泄漏最大强度值不易求得以及测试频谱图与电磁泄漏最大强度不对应等情况。 The calculation method for singal noise ratio of electromagnetic leakage is derived. The concepts of test index and frequency spread degree of electromagnetic leakage are defined. The simple and practical new method for calculating maximal singal noise ratio of electromagnetic leakage of information equipment is proposed, and the advantages and disadvantages of these in test implementations are compared. Experiment shows that the proposed test method is simple and practical, the test results are objective, and accurate, and the tests are fast and efficient, thus effectively solving the problems in acquiring the maximal singal noise ratio of electromagnetic leakage and the corresponding relation between test frequency spectrum and the maximal singal noise ratio of electromagnetic leakage.
