With the expanding of colleges and universities, fine arts education becomes prosperous. However, the education of fine arts at college and university is still on the exploration stage when the new issues emergence with that expansion. All the academies of fine arts and universities should first rethink the history of the fine arts education, and on that basis deeply analyze the current situation of the education while tightly combining zeitgeist with it. Only they apply the most effective measures to reform the curriculum provision and instruction can the fine arts education culture qualified teachers of fine arts for the society with the current of time.
