膝骨关节炎患者性激素水平测定及临床初步研究

SERUM SEX HORMONELEVELS IN PATIENTSWITH OSTEOARTHRITIS KNEE

测定９８例膝骨关节炎（ＯＡ）患者和５０例健康成人血清雌二醇（Ｅ２）、睾丸酮（Ｔ）水平，发现：绝经前、后女性ＯＡ患者较相应对照组血清Ｅ２明显降低，血清Ｔ明显升高，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值明显降低；男性ＯＡ患者较对照组Ｅ２明显升高，Ｔ无明显差异，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值显著升高。表明性激素内环境的紊乱与ＯＡ的发生发展机制密切相关。提示通过调整性激素内环境平衡，利用药物治疗（膝）ＯＡ不仅必要，且将成为新的有效治疗途径。

We performed serum sex hormone assays on patients with osteoarthritis knee and compared the levels with a control group. The female patients had lower serum estradiol(E2 ) levels, higher serum testosterone (T) levels, and lower E2/T values than the controls. The male pa- tients had higher serum E2 levels and E2 /T values than the controls, but no difference was observed in the serum T levels. These results indi- cate that the sex hormone internal environment disorder is closely related to the osteoarthritis mechanism. The clinical significance of these findings is also discussed.
