摘要
李xx女38岁农民主诉：左眼部及左侧颜面部被刺蛾蜇伤2h来院，检查见：左侧颜面部及左眼睑肿胀、红，皮肤表面可见散在多量毛发样异物附着，尖部刺入皮肤以内，根部在皮肤面暴露。初步诊断：左眼睑及颜面部刺蛾蜇伤。治疗：取胶布粘除异物，局部涂碘伏日3次，全身应用抗生素、皮质类固醇及止痛药。一周后复诊无不适。
