摘要
应用金龟子绿僵菌Ma1291-2和MaWP-01菌株油剂进行林间感染和防治萧氏松茎象试验。结果表明,室内培养48 h后,2株菌株的分生孢子在油剂中的萌发率达80%以上;感染试验中,2种处理后的萧氏松茎象死亡率都极显著高于对照;Ma1291-2和MaWP-01菌株防治处理,1 a后萧氏松茎象虫口密度极显著低于对照,防治效果分别为(46.71±1.28)%和(37.57±1.26)%,2 a后萧氏松茎象虫口密度仍然显著低于对照,防治效果分别为(45.47±1.70)%和(36.69±0.90)%。说明该2株菌株的油剂对萧氏松茎象有一定的控制效果,且Ma1291-2菌株更有应用价值。
The oil formulation of the strain Ma1291-2 and MaWP-01 of Metarhizium anisopliae was used to infect and control Hylobitelus xiaoi by ultra-low-volume spraying in the forest. The results showed that the spore germination rate of two strains in oil formulation were over 80% after 48 hours indoor. By infecting trials to H. xiaoi in the forest with two kinds of strain, the mortality of H. xiaoi were extremely significant higher than it of the control. Both of controlling with the strain Ma1291-2 and MaWP-01, the population densities of H. xiaoi were extremely significant lower than it of the control after a year, and the control effect was (46.71 ± 1.28 ) % and ( 37.57 ±1.26 ) % respectively. For two years, the population densities of H. xiaoi were still significant lower than the control, which control effect was (45.47 ± 1.70) % and (36.69 ±0.90) % respectively. It showed that the oil formulation of two strains had a certain controlling affection to H. xiaoi, and the strain Ma1291-2 has higher application value.
