掺镱石英光纤中Yb^(3+)掺杂机理的研究

摘要 根据疏松层被溶液浸润过程中所发生的现象,利用孔隙介质中液相渗流模型对Yb3+在疏松层内掺杂的微观机理进行了解释。比较了3种不同温度制备的疏松层中镱离子的掺杂效果,探讨了吸附时间和搅拌速度对吸附效果的影响,分析了3种疏松层对镱离子吸附效果差异的原因,为更好地应用溶液掺杂法制备掺镱光纤奠定了基础。 The microcosmic doping mechanism of Yb^3+ in the porous deposition was explained by using a model of liquid phase percolation in porous medium, according to the phenomenon occurred in the solution impregnation process of the porous deposition. The doping effects of Yb^3+ in the porous deposition at three different temperatures were compared. Moreover, the influences of absorption time and stirring speed on the absorption effects were discussed, as well as, the reasons of different absorption effects of three kinds of porous deposition on Yb^3+ were analyzed, which laid a foundation for the preparation of Yb3+-doped fibers using solution doping technique.
