摘要
在电力系统局部通信中断的情况下,为满足迅速恢复通信及野外紧急抢修等电力系统应急通信的应用,文章结合实际需求,对自由空间激光通信系统的组成、技术特点以及在电力应急通信系统中的传输带宽、机动性能和可操作性等方面的适应性做了充分的研究和分析,并通过实际产品验证了自由空间激光通信系统在电力系统应急通信中的实用价值。
The framework, primitive and technical features of FSO is introduced and the application framework in the power emergency communication system is analyzed. Based on FSO, a practical utility emergence communication system supporting multi-media conference, monitoring and communication functions has been made. This shows FSO can be used in power emergence communication transport system in some special case.
