许多药物应用后皆可影响检验结果的准确性,给临床诊断、治疗带来了假象和失误。笔者就药物之药理特性、特异性反应以及对肝细胞中药物代谢酶活性或药物相互作用等,引起生化检验结果的因素进行了分析,为提高检验质量,指出如何防止、处理和查究因药物影响检验结果的方法和措施。
