大鼠硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶1重组慢病毒载体的构建及其在293T细胞中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶1(SCD1)是单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)生物合成限速酶,与细胞色素b5、细胞色素b5还原酶构成复合酶系共同催化硬脂酰辅酶A(18:0)和软脂酰辅酶A(16:0)等饱和脂肪酸形成油酰辅酶A(18:1)和棕榈油酰辅酶A(16:1)等单价不饱和脂肪酸。后者是体内合成甘油三酯、胆固醇酯和膜磷脂的底物,从而调节血清中低密度脂蛋白水平、脂质代谢、细胞膜流动性及抗氧化作用。
