摘要 采用水热合成法,利用工业废渣粉煤灰为原料制备P型沸石分子筛。通过XRD衍射表征发现,反应体系晶化时间、碱度、反应物液固比等对合成产品的质量具有明显影响,实验确定的最佳合成条件为:晶化时间16h,碱度0.15M,液固比9∶1。在此条件下,可以制得结晶度较高的P型分子筛。 The P zeolite was prepared with industrial waste residue fly ash by hydrothermal synthesis. It is discovered via XRD technique ,the crystallizing time, alkalinity,liquid/solid ratio had obvious influence on the quality of the product. The optimal synthesis conditions established in this experiment are as follows: crystallizing time is 16 hours,alkalinity is 1.5M,liquid/solid ratio is 9: 1. Under these conditions, the P zeolite with higher crystallinity could be prepared.
