摘要 目的:探讨微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法:对2007年1月至2008年4月收治的38例股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行闭合复位,Gamma-3髓内钉固定。随访6—12个月,骨折临床愈合后对患髋行Harris髋关节功能评分。结果:38例患者骨折全部愈合,愈合时间3~6个月。未发生股骨干骨折、拉力螺钉切割出股骨头、髋内翻畸形等严重并发症。患肢髋关节功能优良率为89.4%。结论:采用Gamma-3髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,疗效可靠,并发症少,创伤小,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the efficiency and complications of invasive treatment of intertrochanteric fracture using Gamma-3 nails. Method Between 1 January 2007 and 30 April 2008,38 cases of intertrochanteric fracture underwent closed reduction and were fixed with Gamma-3 nails. All the patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months. After the fracture was healed clinically, the hip function was evaluated according to the Harris criteria. Results All the 38 cases of fracture were healed. The time for fracture healing was 3 - 6 months. No severe complications, such as femur shaft fracture, screw cut-out of femur head or hip varus occurred. 89.4% of the total 38 cases achieved good or excellent hip function. Conclusion Closed reduction and fixation with Gamma-3 nails is a safe and effective treatment for intertrochanteric fracture.
