摘要
应用PCR技术对200例无关汉族个体作STR位点D65366多态性调查。共捡出7个等位基因，获得D65366的频率分布。D6S366位点在法医学上是一个重要的遗传标记。
The polymorphic STR locus D6S366 was analyzedusing PCR and PAG electrophoresis and 7 alleles weredetected from 200 unrelated individuals in Wuhan. Theallete distribution of the locus was in accordance withHardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The H, Dp, P, E, and PICof the D6S366 were calculated in this paper.
