摘要
对２８例小脑卒中患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位（Ｂｒａｉｎｓｔｅｒｎａｕｄｉｔｏｒｙｅｖｏｋｅｄｐｏｔｅｎｔｉａｌ，ＢＡＥＰ）检测研究，其中小脑出血１９例，小脑梗塞９例。结果发现：ＢＡＥＰ在小脑卒中的异常率为８５．７１％，且主要发生在病灶侧，部分病例可累及双侧。主要以ＩＩ、Ｖ波ＰＬ及Ｉ～ＩＩ，Ｉ～ＶＩＰＬ延长，ＢＡＥＰ在出血及梗塞的定性上无参考价值。随着病情的好转。
Brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP)were performed on 28 patients with cerebellar stroke (haemorrhage 19, infarct 9).The abnormality rate of BAEP in the patient with cerebellar stroke was 86.21%, in which abnormal BAEP occured mainly on ipsilateral side . Peak Latency of III, V waves and interpeak latency of I～III, I～V were prolonged . Abnormal BAEP could be normal after diseases recvored .
