宫颈鳞癌微血管密度与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子表达意义的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中微血管密度、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)蛋白的表达在肿瘤生物性行为中的意义,以期对宫颈癌的预后评估和指导临床提供新的依据。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测宫颈癌组织中,微血管密度及bFGF蛋白的表达,分析其与肿瘤组织分级、临床分期及它们之间的相互关系,并分别研究其与预后的关系。结果宫颈鳞癌微血管密度及bFGF蛋白的表达与肿瘤组织分级、临床分期有关;bFGF阳性组微血管密度明显高于阴性组(P<0.01)。微血管密度较高组的存活率低于微血管密度较低组(P<0.01),bFGF的表达对存活率有明显影响(P<0.01)。结论宫颈鳞癌组织中bFGF阳性组微血管密度明显高于阴性组,说明bFGF有促进肿瘤血管形成作用,二者的表达均与预后有关,提示肿瘤微血管化的评估可能成为一种新的预测宫颈鳞癌预后的手段。 Objective To investigate the significance of micro vessel density and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in the determination of biological behavior of squamous cell cervical carcinoma, in order to present reference in predicting cervical carcinoma prognosis and guiding clinical treatment. Methods We assayed the expression of intratumor micro vessel density and bFGF protein by immunohistochemical staining (SP method), and analyzed the relationship between them and the cumulative survival rate. Results In squamous cell cervical carcinoma micro vessel density and bFGF protein were not associated with tumor grade or clinical stage. The mean micro vessel density in bFGF positive tumors is significantly higher than that in bFGF negative tumors (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The patients with higher tumor micro vessel density had significantly lower cumulative survival rate (P 〈 0. 01 ). bFGF significantly influence on cumulative survival rate (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The mean micro vessel density in bFGF positive tumors is significantly higher than that in bFGF negative tumors. Which indicates that bF- GF correlates with visualization of squamous cell cervical carcinoma. Intratumor micro vessel density is associated with prognosis, which suggests that the assessment of tumor microvascularity might become a novel means of predicting prognosis of squamous cell cervical carcinoma.
