动脉粥样硬化SD大鼠模型的建立 被引量:22

Establish an Experimental Model of Atherosclerosis in Rat Aorta

摘要 目的建立适合于心血管疾病研究的SD大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型。方法110只雄性SD大鼠随机分为两组,每组55只,分别为实验组和对照组,对照组喂养普通饲料,实验组喂养高脂饲料和0.2%丙基硫氧嘧啶。6个月后对所有大鼠行超声检查升主动脉、主动脉弓、降主动脉、胸主动脉、腹主动脉,超声检查后处死大鼠行病理学检查,观察主动脉管壁病理改变。结果对照组SD大鼠未出现明显病变,动脉粥样硬化组大鼠6个月后超声及病理可以检测到动脉粥样硬化斑块。结论成功建立快速简便的SD大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,可用于动脉粥样硬化的研究。 Objective To establish an experimental model of atherosclerosis in rats and to study the atherosclerotic lesions in aorta. Methods Total 110 male healthy SD rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Control group was given saline and basic food. The rats in experimental group was loaded with high fat diet;The pathological and ultrasonic changes were observed in the aorta of the rats after 6 months. Results No changes were observed in the aorta of control group with ultrasound and pathology, but atherosclerotic plaque were observed in the aorta of experimental group. Conclusion The experimental model of atherosclerosis in rat may be conveniently established by loading of high fat diet, which can be used for study of atheroselerosis.
