四种耳鼻喉科身心疾病患者心理状况及生活质量调查分析

Analysis of Psychological Condition and Life Quality of Patients with Otolaryngeal Diseases

目的对四种耳鼻喉科常见疾病进行调查分析,以了解患者的心理状况及生活质量。方法采用SCL-90、EPQ、SAS、SDS及生活质量问卷,对耳鸣、眩晕、咽异感症及过敏性鼻炎等四种耳鼻喉科常见疾病患者及健康体检人群各50例,分别进行调查评估。结果①四种耳鼻喉科疾病对患者心理状态均存在不同程度影响,其中焦虑发生率最高,抑郁及强迫次之。②四种耳鼻喉科疾病患者的生活质量均有下降,主要表现为睡眠质量、生活乐趣及治愈信心下降。结论耳鸣、眩晕、咽异感症及过敏性鼻炎四种疾病对患者心理及生活质量密切相关,临床治疗应重视对患者心理状态的干预,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate and analyze patients with several otolaryngeal diseases in order to understand the influence on their psychological condition and life quality. Methods Patients with tinnitus, vertigo, pharyngitis and allergic rhinitis were investigated by SCL- 90 ,EPQ,SAS, SDS and life quality questionnaire, the sample were also investigated. Results Four diseases had different influence on patients＇psychological condition, especially in the factors of anxiety, depression and compel. Life quality of patients also decreased, including the quality of sleep, life pleasure and confidence of cure. Conclusion Four diseases had close relationship with patients＇ psychological condition and life quality. Medical intervention should be taken to promote patients＇ life quality.
