介绍北京地铁10号线国贸站—双井站区间隧道施工中,为避让建筑围护桩而采取的盾构曲线始发方案。在施工中,调整始发角度,利用盾构机的自身转弯最小半径达到250 m的极限值,采取一系列洞内、洞外措施,通过精心组织和施工,取得小半径曲线始发的成功。
This article introduces the shield hunching option on a small-radius curve on Bering subway Line 10 between Guomao Station and Shuangjing Station to bypass a guard stake. In the construction, the hunching angle of the shield was modified to achieve a minimum radius of 250 m for shield turning, and a series of measures inside and outside the tunnel was adopted. Through careful construction and careful organization, shield hunching on a small radius curve succeeded.
