摘要
“数字黄河”旨在集成利用信息技术,构建面向黄河流域及其相关区域的自然、经济、社会等的数字集成平台,并在此基础上通过建立业务应用系统及数学模型系统形成模拟分析和研究黄河问题的虚拟环境。数据挖掘技术是从大量数据中发现并提取臆藏在其中的可信的、新颖的、有效的并能被人理解的模式的高级处理过程。通过数据挖掘发现的知识能够反映一定的客观事实,并指导实践。
"Digital Yellow River"Project, which integrates information technologies, aims at establishing a platform forintegrating data of natural, economic and social conditions in the Yellow River Basin and its regions by creating avirtual environment. The implication environment that helps to simulate, analyses and study significant issuesconcerning exploration and management of the Yellow River is created by developing and deploying businessapplication systems and mathematic models.Data Mimng Techniques is the nontrivial porcess of identifying valid,novel,potentially useful,and ultimately understandable patterns in data.The knowledge that is discovered by means of data mining can reflect a certain facts and guide practice.
