摘要
教师评价越来越被重视。用计算机设计的评价系统正在取代纸质问卷调查。然而评价的目的和前提这两个要素一直不被大家重视。本文依据发展性教师评价理论确定评价的目的是促进教师的自身发展，评价的前提是沟通，并依次设计出集博客、论坛和评价系统一提的综合系统。
The teacher evaluation is taken more and more seriously. The evaluation system designed by computer is replacing paper questionnaire, but the aim and prerequisite of the teacher evaluation wasn＇t taken seriously by everybody. According to the theory of develop- mental teacher evaluation, we definite aim is to promotes teacher＇s own development, and coiimmnication is prerequisite of the teacher evaluation. Finally, we design a system which combine blog, BBS and teacher evaluation system.
