摘要
分别取2秒与20秒为单元对10例失神发作3Hz棘慢波放电作CSA研究,结果发现每阵放电均于3Hz附近峰最高,在此峰之外的较高频段伴或不伴1~3个次高峰,与综合波的棘波有关;名峰频均从放电开始到结束逐渐减慢。表明CSA可对此型放电进行识别和深入认识,值得进一步研究。此外,本文还就单元长短对放电检出的影响进行了讨论。
3Hz Spike and wave discharges(SWD) of 10 patients with absence seizure were studied with 2 seeond epoch and 20 seeond peak respectively.The results show that each swD has a highest in the vicinity of 3HE,with or without 1 to 3 lower peak(s) in the higher frequency band,which has(have) something to do with the spike of SWD.In the meamtime,all peaks frequencies decrease as discharges go on.These indicated that CSA may be valuable in determining this pattern of discharges and providing more details for its mechanism of physiology.In addition,the relationship between the length of epoch and deteeting rate of SWD was also discussed,pointed that shorter epoch is more practical in real time monitoring.
