Currently, the research on ＂competitiveness＂ has aroused academic concern all around the world. This article holds that, with the background of economic globalization, the accessibility and the availability of an appropriate evaluation basis for industrial competitiveness will facilitate the manifestation of the diversity and its causes between different competitive participants, and contribute to the perfection of the analytical framework of industrial competitiveness.
