一种新型脊髓造影剂在椎管疾患中的应用观察

Inspection of a New Vertebral Myelography Drug in Diagnosis Vertebral Canal Disease

本文报告了使用Ｏｍｎｉｐａｑｕｅ造影剂进行脊髓造影６１例。经临床观察表明该造影剂不良反应占１１４％，且较轻微。副作用远较使用Ｃｏｎｒａｙ、ＤｉｍｅｒＸ和Ａｍｉｐａｑｕｅ为低。结果表明该造影剂是一种使用安全方便，显影良好，能用于全脊髓造影的较理想水溶性造影剂。

Sixty one cases of vertebral canal disease patients were used Omnipaque in vertebral myelography.The mal-reaction is 11.4% and very mild.It is much less than that of conray.Dimer X and Amipaque.The result is that Omnipaque is a safe,easy-using.Quite clear and can be used in all-long vertebral canal myelography.The author also states in the artical that things doctors must be carful in using Omnipaque.
