Synthesis of Pyrroles with Nβ-chloroethyl Group or N-uramido Group

本文用不同的1,4-二羰基化合物,合成了两组N-β-氯乙基和N-脲基取代吡咯化合物,并讨论了不同酸性的反应介质对于Knorr-Paal缩合反应的影响。

Two series compounds of substituted pyrroles with N-β-chloroethyl or N-uramido are synthesized. Also, the effect of acidity on cyclization are discussed. The results of experiment are known. C2H5OH or C2H5OH-HAc (a small amount) is best solvent for Knorr-Paal condensation.
