To construct a harmonious Xinjiang, it is necessary to make sure that our work conforms to the policies of the whole country. On the other hand, it is important to strengthen national unity, promote the development in frontier region and maintain its stability. So our main work is to give correct guidance to religious activities, concentrate on the economic development and give first priority to stability.
