系统生物学是生命科学中的一个新兴领域,代表21世纪生物学的未来,在医学研究和应用方面具有无限的潜力,通过比较心身医学和系统生物学的相似之处,认为心身医学和系统生物学都具有系统性、整体性和动态性的特点,心身医学的研究若能与系统生物学相结合,将有可能从系统的角度诠释心身医学的致病机制,为心身医学的研究提供新的思路。

System Biology which is a new field in life science and represents the future of biology in the 21st century ;it has endless potential in medical research and practice. It plays a vital role in basic medicine research and clinical research. It compared the similar conception between System Biology and Psychosomatic Medicine,to point out the similar conception between System Biology and Psychosomatic Medicine is holism, system and motion. If the System Biology could be used in Psychosomatic Medicine research,it might reveal the mechanism of Psychosomatic Medicine features from perspective of system, it also provides new thought for Psychosomatic Medicine research.
