Discussion on Constructing Management Culture for Adult University

成人高校在终身教育体系中占据重要的一环,肩负着培养成熟的技能型人才的重任。但成人高校缺乏相应的管理文化,要从办学指导思想、制度建设、人本管理和课程改革四个方面探讨构建成人高校管理文化,以适应日益变化的教育形势的需要。

Adult university takes an important place in the lifelong education system. It undertakes the heavy responsibility of cultivating mature talents with technical ability. However, it lacks relevant management culture. This paper discusses the construction of management culture for adult university from such four aspects as guiding thoughts of running school, system building, human- oriented management, and course reform in order to meet the demands of the constantly changeable education situation.
