On Employment Admittance System from the Short Supply of Talents with Technical Ability

大力发展职业教育是我国经济社会发展的迫切要求,而技能型人才的短缺成了职业教育发展的瓶颈。从分析技能型人才短缺的原因出发,重点阐述就业准入制度的构成,分析就业准入制度的不足,提出几条完善的建议。

It is the urgent requirement for the economic and social development of our country to energetically develop vocational education. However, the shortage of technical talents becomes the bottleneck for the development of vocational education. Starting from analyzing the cause of the short supply technical talents, this article exploits the construction of employment admittance system, analyzes its deficiency and proposes several suggestions to improve it.
