摘要
经济全球化促进了国际航运的发展,同时对我国海员产生了重大影响。从当代航运对海员自身素质,就业状况及对海员市场软环境三个大方面,指出船员应当面对当代航运带来的机遇与挑战。
The economic globalization promotes the development of the international shipping, and bringing about the important influence on Chinese seafarers at the same time. This article elaborates it from three aspects： the self-quality of seamen,employment situation and soft environment of the seamen market, and points out that the seafarers should reply actively to opportunity and challenge brought by contemporary shipping.
