促胃肠动力药对便秘型肠易激综合征患者肠道气体治疗的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过观察莫沙必利治疗前后便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS)患者立位腹部X线平片肠道气体容积积分(GVS)的变化及评估肠道症状严重程度,探讨促胃肠动力药对便秘型IBS患者肠道气体的治疗效果。方法根据罗马Ⅲ诊断标准选取便秘型IBS患者30例,予以口服莫沙必利片5mg,3次/d,共4周,在治疗前后分别拍摄立位腹部X线平片,扫描进入计算机,用图像处理软件选取腹部X线平片上肠道气体范围,并计算GVS。比较治疗前后GVS的变化,同时评估腹痛、腹胀症状的严重程度。结果治疗后便秘型IBS患者的GVS(0.053±0.028)明显小于治疗前(0.075±0.042)(P〈0.05);治疗后腹痛症状积分[(1.15±0.72)分]较治疗前[(2.04±0.95)分]有明显下降(P〈0.05),治疗后腹胀频率积分[(O.90±0.73)分]与治疗前[(1.97±0.86)分]比较有明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论促胃肠动力药莫沙必利能减少便秘型IBS患者肠道气体的潴留,有效缓解腹痛及腹胀痒状.
