促胃肠动力药对便秘型肠易激综合征患者肠道气体治疗的临床研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的通过观察莫沙必利治疗前后便秘型肠易激综合征（IBS）患者立位腹部X线平片肠道气体容积积分（GVS）的变化及评估肠道症状严重程度，探讨促胃肠动力药对便秘型IBS患者肠道气体的治疗效果。方法根据罗马Ⅲ诊断标准选取便秘型IBS患者30例，予以口服莫沙必利片5mg，3次/d，共4周，在治疗前后分别拍摄立位腹部X线平片，扫描进入计算机，用图像处理软件选取腹部X线平片上肠道气体范围，并计算GVS。比较治疗前后GVS的变化，同时评估腹痛、腹胀症状的严重程度。结果治疗后便秘型IBS患者的GVS（0．053±0．028）明显小于治疗前（0．075±0．042）（P〈0．05）；治疗后腹痛症状积分[（1．15±0．72）分]较治疗前[（2．04±0．95）分]有明显下降（P〈0．05），治疗后腹胀频率积分[（O．90±0．73）分]与治疗前[（1．97±0．86）分]比较有明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论促胃肠动力药莫沙必利能减少便秘型IBS患者肠道气体的潴留，有效缓解腹痛及腹胀痒状．
