交感风暴反复发作一例
摘要
患者 女，77岁。因“2d内发作性晕厥3次”于2008年6月5日下午3：00急诊入院。患者1个月前首次因“冠心病、心力衰竭、快速心房颤动、原发性高血压”住院治疗。此次入院查体：Bp150／100mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），神志清，颜面水肿，颈静脉充盈，肝颈静脉反流征（＋），双肺呼吸音粗糙，右肺可闻及少许湿性哕音，HR90次／min，律齐，心音低，心尖区可闻及Ⅱ/6级收缩期杂音，腹软，肝脾肋缘下未触及，无压痛，双下肢中度凹陷性水肿。
