巨细胞病毒性肝炎并吉兰-巴雷综合征一例

摘要 患者男，41岁，以“乏力2周伴皮肤黄染、双下肢无力、腰背胀痛3d”于2008年5月19日入院。患者于2008年5月1日前后因劳累、饮酒后出现全身困乏无力感，并有发热，体温37．5℃，伴有轻咳，无畏寒、寒战，无腹泻、恶心、呕吐，无头痛，按上呼吸道感染输液治疗（清开灵、青霉素），5d后体温恢复正常。但仍感困乏不适，未予重视。
