预混胰岛素在糖尿病治疗中的现状

Status of premixed insulin in the treatment of diabetes

胰岛素是1型糖尿病和许多2型糖尿病患者的主要治疗药物,预混胰岛素为短效与中效胰岛素的混合制剂,其既能补充基础胰岛素,又能纠正餐时胰岛素分泌的不足,能够涵盖空腹和餐后血糖的控制。近年来,又出现了速效胰岛素类似物与速效胰岛素类似物鱼精蛋白悬液混合的预混胰岛素类似物,能更好地模拟生理性的胰岛素分泌模式,更有效控制餐后血糖,减少血糖漂移,且餐前即刻注射,患者的依从性好。

Insulin is the major treatment for the patients suffered from diabetes mellitus. Premixed insulin, which contains short-acting insulin and intermediate-acting insulin, can offer the supplement of basic and bolus insulin, and decrease both fasting and postprandial blood glucose. In recent years, premixed insulin analogues, consisting of rapid-acting and intermediate-acting insulin analogues, were developed more closely to mimic physiological endogenous insulin secretion and meet the needs of patients who require both basal and prandial insulin but wish to limit the times of daily injections. They could provide better control of postprandial blood glucose and reduce the excursion of blood glucose after meal. Meanwhile, premixed insulin analogues also increase the convenience of administration compared with human premixed insulin.
