股骨头直径正常值及其临床意义(附40个股骨头标本分析)

Normal value of diameter of femoral heads and its clinical significance: Analysis of 40 specimens of femoral head

通过测量４０个成人股骨头标本及其在Ｘ线片上的直径，经统计分析，建立回归方程，结果为成人股骨头实际直径正常为４．３９±０．３６ｃｍ，其Ｘ线片放大率为８％。为人工髋关节置换术前选择大小合适的假体提供参考。

?0specimens of adult femoral heads and their diameter on X-ray films were measured and analyzed statistically. Regression equation was also formulated. Results showed that the actual diameter of adult femoral heads was normally 4.39±0.36cm and its magnifying power in X-ray film was 8%. This is for the reference of the selection of suitable artificial limbs before prosthetic.
