摘要
聋教育起源于欧洲,迅速发展于美国。自20世纪最后的十几年来,欧美国家聋教育由于聋学生运动、听力学技术的进步、以及全纳教育思想的影响,开始面对一个早该认真面对的聋教育低成就的现实。本文以此背景为基础描述了近年来欧美国家聋教育的几个新的发展动向:越来越多的研究者关注如何提高聋童学业成就、耳蜗植入对聋童发展的影响,以及针对聋童特殊需要的全纳聋教育探索。
Deaf education originated from Europe and developed quickly in the United States. Since the last decade in the end of 20th century, deaf education in western countries has set about facing the reality of low achievement in education which should have been treated seriously earlier because of the deaf student movement, progress in audiological technology, and influence of inclusive education. Based on this context this paper presents several new trends of deaf education in western countries in recent years: more and more researchers pay at- tention to how to improve the deaf children's academic achievement, the impact of cochlear implant on deaf children' s development, and explorations in inclusive education aecording to the special needs of deaf children.
