摘要
网瘾已成为严重的社会问题,加强网瘾的预防与治疗刻不容缓。心理学研究表明,可从网络使用的特点和时间长短来判断是否网络成瘾以及网络成瘾的程度。为了有效地防治网瘾,需要采取的教育应对措施有:秉持预防重于治疗的理念,学校增设预防网瘾的课程内容,构筑政府、社会、家庭和学校"四位一体"的网瘾预防体系,加强防治网瘾的基础理论研究。
With the development of Internet, more and more students are addicted to it. Scientifically identilying those addicted to Internet is the premise of educating them. It is found that Internet addiction can be identified through characteristics and time spent in Internet use. Education concerning how to break one's internet addiction habit should focus on the following four aspects: More attention should be paid to prevention than treatment; Preventive education training is needed on campus; A system for Internet addiction prevention should be built by government, school, family and society; Basic theoretical research should be strengthened.
