VA-90与WFX—1E_2联用测定水中的汞

摘要 随着工业的迅猛发展,汞对环境的污染日趋严重,人们的身体健康受到威胁。为了如实反映生活饮用水被汞污染的情况,采用VA—90气态原子化装置与WFX—1E_2原子吸收分光光度计联用,测定水中汞。线性范围0~40μg/l,汞回归方程Y=0.00031+0.00593X,r=0.9998检测,限0.163μg/l,精密度CV=2.96%,回收率99.4%~103%。结果表明,本法简便快捷,灵敏精确,安全可靠。 Hg is a reavy metal which is exerting an important influence to people's health.With the rapid development of industry.The pollution of the environment caused becomes by Hg is worse and worse .It is seriously imperiuing the human's health .In order to show the pollution of water by Hg truelly.The water is as an object of study.By the method of VA-90 gaseous stale atom absorbing device and WFX-1E atom absorbing spectrometer, detering the Hg content of the water.It's limear extent is 0-40ug/l,the regression eguation of Hg is: y=0.00031+0.00593x, r=0.9998, examining limit 0.163ug/l,precision CV=2.96%, and the recovery 99.4%-103%.The result show, the method is simple and quick precision and accurate, safe and reliable.
