the article aims to explore an effective method to cultivate excellent Chinese medicine doctors of a new generation by making research into the academic experience of the older generation. The article proposes, with the aid of scientific research, the academic ex- perience of old and famous Chinese medicine doctor is provided with evaluative methods, a driving force to transform into scientific achievements in order for promotion, and opportunities for upgrading and development to become better promoted and innovated.
