中韩国际物流合作中的障碍因素及改进

The hampers and improvements on the international logistics cooperation： The case of Tianjin and Korea

随着中韩两国间货物流量的逐年增加，两国政府及企业对构建跨国界、一体化物流系统的要求也日益迫切。本文以天津为例，对中韩两国企业展开问卷调查，挖掘两国企业对现有物流设施及服务环节中可能影响两国建立物流合作的主要障碍因素和改进意见。研究结果表明，当前企业普遍认同的主要障碍因素在于物流服务费用、港口物流服务水平以及信息共享性等；亟需改进的方面是增加航班、扩大集装葙设施及信息系统设施和提高港区物流服务水平。

Accompanying with the mult-cooperation in North East Asia,the governments of each countries take it seriously for the establishment of multinational integrated logistics system. By the survey of Tianjin and Korea enterprises, this paper investigates the hamper factors of China and Korea logistics services. The result shows that the logistics service charge, sea port logistics quality and the information sharing are the main hampers. It is necessary to add up the frequency of transportation, improve the service ability and service standards in the fields of logistics fees,inventory enterprises choice and logistics information tracking system.
